Somehow I got talked into being one of two guest speakers at the upcoming 2011 WinScribe User Conference in Chicago. The event is being held at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel on Thursday, November 3rd and is open to any and all WinScribe customers. It will give me a chance to talk to other users in the healthcare industry, as well as the legal community, about WinScribe and how we all utilize it. I am really hoping to come away with some great, new ideas to implement in the coming year. Anything and everything I can use to help our customers achieve the highest level of patient care, I use.

At this year’s conference, I will be focusing on how wordZXpressed uses WinScribe for our medical transcription services. I will cover WHY we chose to migrate to WinScribe, HOW we use the technology to provide a better product for our customers, and HOW it has allowed us to maintain steady growth over the years, thanks to our ever growing and distributed US workforce.
